Welcome to the Bellbrook Fire Department!

The Bellbrook Fire Department is a combination Fire and EMS department with full-time, part-time and volunteer staff.  The department serves a community of 7,000 residents from two fire stations.  Services include fire prevention, emergency medical service, hazardous material response, search and rescue, and disaster assistance.

The City of Bellbrook and Sugarcreek Township recently contracted with the Ohio Fire Chief's Association to conduct a feasability study for creating a joint Fire and EMS District.  The Study has just been released and will be reviewed for suggestions and deliberation of any next steps.  At this time, the information gathered reveals there is no cost effective method to create a formal district without increasing the cost and potentially reducing services to Bellbrook residents.

The City of Bellbrook continues a high level of committment of making sure residents receive the highest level of public safety services possible, all the while minimizing the cost to the taxpayer.  In our continuous evaluation of these priorities, we always explore new options and opportunities.
